"Things seem to be very relaxed here until you get to know everything below the surface. Upper management is a tightly knit clique that causes most of the problematic work politics and divisiveness. There is a culture of upper management ignoring problems with the attitude "it's only one or two people struggling" because they do not wish to confront the rest of the clique. Many employees are struggling with the morale and general culture of this place. It's unnecessarily uncomfortable due to management's hands-off approach that leaves staff with no one to turn to."

"The people here are wonderful, management is cool, calm, and collected, and policies are benevolent and well-constructed."
