"Unreasonable long hours without pay and they do not even close to market rate. Greatplace to start your career however not worth a ten year. Asking women leaders to leave left and right, normally mens voices out speak the women leaders. Directors not listening to time lines and seting you up to fale because you cannot make your deliverable with a 2 days for a full campaign that takes two months."
