"The nepotism in the company is at unacceptable levels. Senior leadership create jobs for their friends and layoff people to free up the budget for them. The company does layoffs every quarter. You are constantly wondering if you are going to be part of the next one. Everyone is just a number. "

"Unfortunately, this company is hiring new leaders who are not thought leaders. Look at the companies they've brought leaders in from. If you want to be at Cisco 2.0, then you'd have been happy here ~20 years ago. "

"Working at this company is a good training and experience, but career growth opportunities are scarce. It all depends on your role. Leadership positions are male dominated, and you will find systematic roadblocks. If you are up for a challenge, this is a good company to get work experience. "
