"Westinghouse is a good company to work for, and I think compensation is fair (both by gender and overall compared to other similar companies). However, your work-life balance will depend on your specific manager. There isn't great WLB coming from leadership / policies; some managers are great and provide flexibility, others believe that this work IS life. "
