This company hires young 20 something's as a means of mitigating the risk of salary/benefit negotiation. I've heard from HR directly that because young women "are so thankful to be employed" they won't attempt any negotiation.

Safe to say I have zero issues here. Very inclusive and supportive workspace. Have yet to feel undermined or undervalued in my current position. I would reccomend Acanac, they get it!

Don't bother working for this company. They don't allow you to take paid time off for the first year unless you want to borrow against your paid time off for the next year, they pass over women for promotions without legitimate reasons, and they work you into the ground without adequate pay.
