"Whirlpool is a just, and ethical company. A common phrase that captures Whirlpool culture is "There is no right way to do a wrong thing." The company has a strong emphasis on I&D, but does put a lot of that work on volunteer members of Employee Resource Groups. While it is slow to enact change, overall it is a great company to work for."

"Insurance is not the best but there is flexibility for moms and also possibility to work from home. For corporate jobs, the growth would be in Michigan only"
