"The culture is good, especially in marketing. They are supportive of career development for women. It took a little while to get a promotion, but it was exciting when it finally happened. Women/people do get promotions on a regular basis, which is nice. If I hadn’t needed a change, I’d still be there. The pay is probably not the highest, but they try to keep in fair. "

"Very respectful interview process, helped me relaunch after a career break. The culture and people are nice and helpful. Wish the benefits were better, i struggle with lack of enough PTO (15days, no sick leave) and the medical benefits are so-so. You would have a hard time if you were planning to be a parent or have other medical or care needs. Many people in the company rely on their spouses’ benefits. "
