"The company is definitely moving in the right direction, but I wonder about the pay equity. Promotion equity is really at the manager discretion."

"Workday is actively pursuing diversity, especially in it's HQ office. there are women at all levels, except that the CEO is Male."

"This is a wonderful place to work, espsecially for moms with young kids. I feel extremely supported and able to attend to family needs with no fear or recrimmination or punishment."
