      "The policies don’t match the culture. If you read the web site and talk to a recruiter, it sounds great. The reality is not that. At least not for anyone I know. We are all understaffed. We work a lot. There are not enough hours in the day."

      "Workday is good on paper, but in reality is highly biased against brown women. And the worst part is that they are not transparent when discussing performance, so you have no way of knowing what to do to improve and get the promotion. The feedback provided is always very rosy. Women of color, especially from South Asia origin and Engineering background, working on software development, please be aware. You will have no problem going up to Senior Manager but after that it is next to impossible. "
