"This is a place that is close and headed in the right direction but be prepared to consistently be the only female in the room. You'll have to choose your battles because it would be exhausting otherwise but also know there are some truly great people and allies here. This place could be great if you are on the right team and connect with the right people but it could also backslide so know that if you come in positive you could help bring this company into a new age where it becomes one of the best places to work as a non-male employee. But be aware that it is currently playing catch up compared to other comparable tech companies."
