The experience can vary depending on which team you're on, and while they are making an effort to improve this, some of it comes down to those with old school views to move on from the company. "

"It isn't great, it seems like leadership see's diversity candidates or hiring/promoting females as a "nice thing" or "popular thing" to do rather than a priority that will bring huge value to the org and product. If you can put on blinders and just do your job then you will just have to deal with less bias against women but you will still likely be the only female on your team if you are in a technical department. You'll likely experience representation burnout and be invited to every photo shoot because they have such little representation that they ask the same diverse looking people to be the face of the company. "
