"The culture of a boy’s club transpires everywhere. I started off with great passion and dedication, true believer in the company mission, but the leadership’s little regard for anything else but sales makes me want to leave yesterday. They’re ‘good guys’ and all, but they're utterly ignorant and comfortable with status quo. Which is worse because they simply don’t get it. "
