My manager placed most of the women on the Engineering team on a single project, and this seemed odd. He's also made comments about my age and gender that made me feel uncomfortable. However, aside from him, most people at the company seem very female-friendly.

Occurrences are a HUGE deal with this company! Not family friendly at all!!! People have been told to pick between family and work. Compliance issues are huge too. This company wants robots and have a system designed to make you fail so you don't get paid incentive. If you get fired, don't think this company will stand behind you at all. They fight so people don't get unemployment benefits. If you have kids, and need to leave work, you'll be on the road to being fired. Many women work here, but there is a huge turnover rate.
