"I have found there are a lot of strong female leaders here to learn from (though, caveat that they are mostly White women). You will come across some toxic men (particularly in the creative department) every once in a while so its important to find and use your voice. I am pretty sure a pay gap exists here but I don't have hard data to be sure, pay in general is abysmal so it's hard to say. The work-life balance, PTO, and company culture do a lot to make up for poor compensation. "
