"WWE has been a breath of fresh air compared to some of my past employers. Management is supportive, there is opportunity for growth and progression, they encourage work/life balance, and they have great healthcare benefits. I am pleased with my salary and feel valued everyday that I come to work. I highly encourage women in search of their next opportunity to interview and join the ranks of WWE."

"Truly enjoy working on my team. The organization has a solid foundation of programs to help employees develop their skill set. I've had an opportunity to take advantage executive online courses and join their newly created Women's Affinity Group. I feel challenged each day and it's certainly never a dull moment at the WWE. "

"Soon after joining WWE I was able to experience how much my leader trusted in my abilities to do my job. In a short time frame I was exposed to various areas of the business, empowered to share my opinion to drive process/decisions, while also encouraged to take time for professional development. People at varying levels have taken the time to recognize my hard work and accomplishments. As I have partnered with business group leaders and key decision makers, they openly share their commitment to diversity hiring and recognizing the value of female leadership on their teams. I've also seen and experienced women supporting women. "
