"The speed of your upward mobility is really dependent on your manager and anyone else they report up to regardless of performance and reviews. I recommend to always be advocating for yourself and making sure you have open communication with your manager about your expectations or else promotions will pass you by."

"Different offices are treat women differently. The central NYC has a very active women's network making great strides. The company as a whole is committed to equality. However, some of the satellite offices have not made as much progress."

"Allows for work from home. Sick days don't have to turn into no work days as you can stay at home and work. Allow parents to take flexible leave to deal with sick children or school events."
