"No raise in 4 years, no opportunity for advancement. The company was sold to Atos while I was on leave and I immediately found a new job. Most of the women here are in mid-management roles however they do not promote from within."

"Not a happy work environment, not much for growth. All work seems to be treated equally and upper management doesn't seem to care. Work super hard and it doesn't seem to matter much"
