"There are many strong consultants in leadership positions. There are occasional 'good old boy' comments from some old-school males, but it doesn't seem to impact womens' opportunities to move up in the organization."

"keep in mind, this review is for a small portion of the company. they have numerous companies that they contract for so i can only speak to my experience with one branch. it is horrendous. the mental abuse allowed and accepted on a daily basis is not worth it. the only way to get in a better position is to be friends with someone. it is very much like high school."
