"I think the experience varies by role / team, and I personally haven't encountered "I don't care when you work as long as your work gets done" because I have meetings with regional teammates, but the freedom is pretty close to that. I don't feel like my hours are micromanaged AT ALL, which is really nice."

"Xylem is a great place to work! They are doing a lot to increase diversity and inclusion. Each growth center is different but overall a great culture."
