"Like most employers, Zimmer Biomet has room to improve in creating a more diverse and equitable workforce. The world's DEI problems didn't happen over night and they won't be fixed over night. The good news is that our CEO is taking the issues seriously and putting $, time, and attention to making the continuous improvement required. "

"I believe Zimmer Biomet has been quite progressive this past year in it's approach to providing a virtual and flexible workplace. This has been pivotal in my ability to prioritize my family. I am able to eat dinner with my children every night, drive them to and from most school activities, etc., while making an impact with the work I love and progress my career. I feel supported in setting these priorities for myself and feel that I can operate autonomously. Zimmer Biomet offers really great benefits to working mothers. I have leveraged the parental leave as well as the adoption assistance during my time with ZB, which has been a tremendous blessing to our family. With that said, you must have a hard work ethic and deliver. It is a competitive environment and delivering outcomes that move our mission forward are rewarded. "

"I feel very supported at Zimmer Biomet. My global team recognizes my contributions and regularly gives me opportunities to succeed and advance in my career. I work fully remote in response to COVID-19 and ZB's new flexible work arrangement policies. Many working moms at ZB are afforded the flexibility to modify their work days to drop off/pick up children, go to appointments, attend field trips, etc. with no questions asked. As long as you are getting your work done, there are no concerns with PTO or flexible hours. This is a company I see myself staying at long-term because I can visualize my long-term career and know there is growth for me here."
