"Zipline has been such an amazing and welcoming place to work. They truly value diversity in every manner, parental leave is encouraged, and women often hold high-level positions. Every employee is encouraged to make CEO-level decisions on a regular basis and given respect/independence to do so. Absolutely the best place I have ever worked."
