Does FairyGodBoss (or anyone else for that matter) have a link to or compiled list of self development books and reading material that have been helpful for other women to read and grow their leadership style, dealings with male leadership, etc.? We've all heard the "read Lean In" speech and there have got to be other reputable books out there on this topic. . . right?

I said something about my boss' children being out of control and got caught. She wrote me up and suspended me for a day. I am in HR and know better. I apologized, What next? This is a family owned business and I am not family.
One of my friends at work started a little contest at work where they were trying to guess my baby's future name but I haven't even told them whether I'm having a boy or a girl? They keep asking and it really annoys me because I am a pretty private person and I haven't even decided whether to find out the sex ourselves! Any advice on what to do?
I was wondering if any of you ladies have any suggestions on work from home jobs? I really would like to not go back to my 9-5 job and be away from my little. I would greatly appreciate the suggestions. I would like to not have to pay to start and don't want to be selling scentsy, etc. TIA!
Does anyone work in a company that has a women's peer support network focused on building careers? If so, what is the format? What works and what doesn't
