If you are a victim and you have been bothered and you decided to have sexual relations with your manager, so hell leave you alone, can you be fired

Having a consensual relationship with your manager makes it harder to argue you have been fired due to sexual harassment but it doesn't preclude the possibility of suing your company or employer if you have complained and are being punished for it. I am about to go out on Maternity Leave and my boss got a maternity leave cover for me. I know I'm on track to get promoted when I get back from leave. I'm really paranoid that somehow this woman is going to get my new promotion/job instead of me! Anyone else have good or bad experiences with maternity leave cover situations?

Hello, I have worked for 6.8 years in Financial sector ( Stock Exchange and a Bank). I had to quit my job in bank and relocate to another country because of my marriage. It's been two years now that I am unable to find a job in this country in banking or finance. Honestly, there is a part of me who does not want to get into numbers anymore. Throughout my career, customer service was my strength. I love talking to people, solving their problems, it makes me happy. Now I am stuck at home. I need to be financially independent but at the same time I need to find the right career for me. Kindly guide what all career opportunities I can explore after banking with a post graduation diploma in Banking. And how can I get into Hospitality Industry? Thanks.

My aunt is a financial advisor, and she seems to make really good money. But it also seems like she is always hustling for new clients and it can get awkward. Is it possible to be a good financial advisor without being too pushy?
