We’re sitting down with leaders at Renaissance Learning, to talk about mental health in the workplace—and how to improve it with a healthy work-life balance. Recent research suggests that, while 60 percent of global workers report that they have an “excellent work-life balance,” 77 percent also say that they have experienced burnout, which of course takes a toll on mental health. And burnout doesn’t only affect individuals; it also impacts productivity and, therefore, business at large. Fortunately, there are many ways to beat burnout and maintain mental health—improving wellness and boosting business.
In this webinar, you’ll learn about:
What work-life balance really means (and how it’s different for everyone)
Tips for creating and/or maintaining a healthy work-life balance
Tools, resources and support systems for mental health in the workplace
How to ask for help at work when you’re at capacity
How to be supportive of your peers who are also navigating their own versions of a work-life balance
