Farro Burgers
Makes 5, need to re-test this:
1 cup dry farro cooked in 1.5 cups water
1 can mashed black beans
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp diced mushroom/faux bacon bits
1 tbsp bisto (gravy powder)
1 tbsp basil
1/2 tsp pepper of choice
1 tsp salt
Chia or flax egg
Mix up, make 5 patties.
Sautee Medium heat about 5 minutes (?) each side.
(I don't have all the recipes completed in the book yet)
(Freeze on their own papers, to move to container)
Serve with green chile on top!
