Out but still here, how about one of the recipes: Cornbread
For each pie tin you will add these to a bowl, mix until combined, Bake @450f, in a greased pan, for 25 minutes:
-Maple Sweetened Cornbread-
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp maple
1/4 cup oil
1 cup milk
3 tbsp water
*Optional, add 3-4 little cans of green chili; and 1/2 cup corn, maybe cook a little longer, checking to make sure a toothpick comes clean.
I like to cut it into 6, but 8 is probably more responcible.
