Sometimes it’s hard to explain. You aren’t sure why, but you KNOW you need a change. You may like your coworkers and even the company culture, but something is missing...something is off. And it’s a big something because it’s making you really unhappy at work. Honestly, who wants to live like that? Not anyone I know. But the women I work with are driven and focused, so not being able to put their finger on the problem drives them C R A Z Y!! Am I speaking your thoughts out loud? So, let me be blunt.
