ARE YOU EXPERIENCING WORK-FROM-HOME FATIGUE OR IS IT TIME TO MOVE ON?
I’ve worked from home for the last decade as both an employee and a business owner.
I can tell work-from-home fatigue is setting in when I’m easily distracted and move from one task to another without much focus.
Four things I’ve found helpful to combat work-from-home fatigue are:
--Step outside for a 5-minute break
--Get dressed as if you were going in the office
--Get moving with 20 minutes of exercise halfway through the day
--Walk away from your work for at least 10 minutes
If you try these things consistently and you’re still feeling that fatigue, maybe it has nothing to do with working from home.
It may be time to decide if staying at your job or going in a different direction is best for you.
