WHAT CAN YOU LEAVE BEHIND?
I know you’re doing SO MUCH right now. Working, homeschooling, momming...it never ends.
You feel just plain tired. DONE.
Yet, you’re being asked to constantly ADD to your list.
Ask yourself this question: Is there something you can take away? Something that’s limiting your time and energy?
Just ONE thing for ONE day...here are a few ideas:
--Checking email at 10pm
--Folding the laundry
--Comparing yourself to the mom that “looks” like she has it all together on Instagram
Right now, be honest with yourself. Can ONE thing wait ONE (or two or three) days?
I bet it can.
Try it and see how you feel.
What’s ONE thing you can leave behind TODAY that will give you more time or energy?
