Let’s not sugarcoat it...work is all-consuming for the majority of us. I can remember focusing more time and energy on my work than any other part of my life (before starting my business). I felt beyond invested. I also felt burned out and unsure of my place in the workforce. The truth is it’s rare to leave work at work when you’re done for the day.
