They're not allowed to ask how old you are so they shouldn't be allowed to ask BS backdoor questions like this either. When I have a question like this where I'm required to put in a number or it won't let me advance when filling out an application on line, I always put all zeros. I do the same thing when it's asking for an exact salary requirement.
