I have always been working mom in the fast paced corporate track while raising my son and candidly burning the candle at both ends. This year was part of a Reduction in Force at my last company and it gave me time with my now teenager which I am grateful to have had. Now, I am back looking for work and want to find a role that is flexible with my time because I need to be home with my teen for next 3 years (while we through therapy recent ASP, ADHD, Anxiety diagnoses). I am fearful to make the cut from fast paced work to a more balanced life; yet I know i must do this. Looking for support and tips from other women who have made career adjustments and impact it may or may not of had for them. Thanks
