One of the hardest things about the job search is that it's really hard to measure your progress. Your Linkedin Profile and resume are probably getting viewed, but you might not get a phone call. You don't get the job, but you were a considered a strong candidate. In every difficult challenge, it helps me to remember the baby steps I have taken. And often it's thinking about the other tough journeys that ended up working out to remember that I am moving forward in my current challenges. That being said, what small victories are you celebrating???? It can be job search related or not!!
