1 in 4 Americans has a disability.

Do you know what a “disability” is? The American with Disabilities Act defines an individual with a disability as “a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, a person who has a history or record of such an impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having such an impairment.” This could include someone who is deaf or hard of hearing, blind or has low vision, has autism, cancer, or muscular dystrophy, among many other things.
