Hi all! I'm a business consultant, ops manager, and self defense instructor looking to combine these experiences into a new career in HR - specifically in workplace violence prevention.
Can anyone suggest any tips, trainings, or certifications I should focus on to help me make the transition into a role in this field/specialty?
Thanks so much for your help and excited to be a part of this community!
