Disrupt the recruiting status quo!
This week, I had a wonderful surprise during an interview session. I could observe how recruiters can really disrupt the status quo!
Usually, in the last years, I have seen many recruiters starting their conversations being already tendentious. For example, if they looks a CV and they didn’t like something written on that, the probability to start the interview with a negative picture in their head is enormous. However, if we just take some brief information from the CV, and go really open to listen to what that candidate have to say it can be really surprising.
It can sounds obviously. However, sometimes, it depends how the smart questions from the recruiters will be asked to really find the key players!
Examples of key questions to be asked:
-Which examples have you faced lots of challenges at the same time and had to manage your priorities?
-How you take decision (manage) your priorities?
-Have you faced any situation where you needed to influence someone who didnt have the same opinion of you? What did you do?
-Would you give me numbers metrics os those examples are you tellings me?
-How you manage your KPIs (in case the person does)
