    Position summary

    in frontline and salaried staff on new SOPs

    • Conduct quality related trainings with front line associates

    • Participate in Lean Six Sigma/TPM initiatives

    • Provide support to new product innovation projects

    • Sunday-Thursday 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM

    • Routating weekends every 3rd weekend from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Food Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

    • Must have good documentation skills

    • Understands written procedures

    • Complete calculations and conversions

    • Work in a team oriented atmosphere

    • Good communication with strong problem solving skills

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Work, and PowerPoint

    • This role is a third shift position (10:30pm- 07:00am) Sunday night - Thursday night. Must be flexible to work holidays and weekends depending on business need

    • Occasional overtime as needed

    • This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow within the company
