    We are seeking an Accounting Ops Supervisor to join our Control team and support our Q&G BU's. This role is responsible for managing one direct report.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead accounting for Quaker and Gatorade fringe benefit costs, calculation of the fringe rate and management of the fringe forecast.

    • Responsible for allocation and communication of Fringe true ups to all BU's and P&L owners.

    • Work with systems team to set up annual fringe accrual cycles.

    • Forecast SG&A fringe related cost centers and provide variance analysis to prior forecast, AOP and LY.

    • Forecast balance sheet account balances for cash flow and provide explanations for variances to plan, forecast and LY

    • Be the lead in managing the payroll relationship with Alight, act as liaison to resolve payroll processing or other transitional issues.

    • Review Alight reconciliations and journal entries each period and highlight key reconciling items during periodic meetings with Alight

    • Timely and accurate completion of Q schedules each period in HFM for external reporting

    • Prepare account reconciliations and clear reconciling items timely; Utilize GLCM for reconciliation submissions

    • Completion of various Coupon SOX and Operating controls.

    • Assist with weekly coupon prepayment review process.

    • Identify and lead productivity projects across all areas of responsibility.

    Compensation and Benefits :

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550 based on a full-time schedule.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of Accounting related experience (CPA would be considered a plus).

    • Strong technical accounting skills

    • Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced matrix organization

    • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain flexibility with regard to ad hoc projects, revisions to area of responsibility and organizational changes

    • Ability to work independently

    • Strong communication skills

    • Knowledge of SAP a plus

    • Knowledge of HFM

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting required

    • Experience with SAP and the BW reporting systems

    • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
