ll work closely with their direct line manager and PFUS MarSci Director to develop plans that will drive new learning, optimization, efficiency, and effectiveness for their marketing partners. This position will act as a trusted resource to the marketing department to ensure the advancement of short and long-term marketing and media outcomes for PFUS.
Responsibilities
Lead internal and external media and marketing analytics projects
Own brand audience strategy and development in partnership with Audience Operations Lead
Identify white space opportunities across media and marketing measurement, tracking, and planning and help develop roadmap for solutions
Own Marketing Science for select PFUS brands - driving adoption of PFUS and Marketing Science priorities and new ways of working
Manage, leverage, and develop custom and syndicated analytical tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues, identify information needs, and make actionable recommendations across the comms process
Translate media and marketing insights to impact business priorities
Provide data integrity and QA support across internal and external media tracking tools
Continuously review and analyze the ever-changing media and measurement landscape
Ability to summarize complex findings and make them digestible for non-researchers
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degrees welcome
Preference for digital/media background
Data visualization experience with platforms such as Datorama, Tableau or similar
4+ years of relevant experience
Media agency, marketing, or insights background preferred
Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with ability to work with large and complex data as well as experience with tools accessing and manipulating data.
Proven oral and written communication in English
Ability to work as a key member of cross functional project teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
