    Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities as a Building Maintenance Tech (SC Coordinator) will consist of:

    • Preventive maintenance on building equipment.

    • Operate MEWP and PIT equipment as trained and licensed by Pepsi.

    • Work productively without direct supervision.

    • Properly manage parts inventory and preventive maintenance documentation.

    • Support all departments to deliver company objectives and regulatory compliance.

    • Housekeeping.

    • Training classes/seminars in and out plant, some travel may be required.

    • Other duties as assigned by management.

    • Work Hours: 8 AM-4:30 PM (subject to change with notice).

    • Work Week: Monday - Friday, with some weekend work to support projects.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in Building Maintenance/Facilities Maintenance.

    • High School Diploma required.

    • Must complete aptitude suitcase test.

    • Good communication skills: Reading/Writing/Listening.

    • Hard working, dependable, and reliable attendance.

    • Physical abilities to meet job responsibilities.

    • Detail Oriented.

    • Supply your own toolbox and tools - annual allotment to purchase tools offered.
