    Position summary

    xt generation of SalesPro+ capabilities. SalesPro+ is a custom-built application installed on Frontline Sales smart devices to enable executional excellence, optimized decisions through guided selling, and enabling Next Best Actions to support in-store execution and growth.The application works in on/off-line mode and enables Frontline Sales Leaders to service our customers and generate revenue in FLUS and PFC (PepsiCo Foods Canada) DSD go-to-market structures.

    Responsibilities

    The Business Product director of selling applications is responsible for planning and execution of the next generation of selling capabilities. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the vision and roadmap, and collaborating with other Directors from PFNA Growth Office, Field Sales, IT, and Operations Key Stakeholders to ensure that the financial and consumer satisfaction goals are met. In addition to this, the Business Product Director also ensures that the company's overall strategy and goals are supported by those of the product; that the product goals and strategy do not deviate from that of the business.

    The role will directly lead a team of 6 employees from Managers to Business Analysts. Will partner with a team of IT professionals, 3rd Party Partners, and FLNA Deployment/Change teams. The Director will be responsible for team planning, budgeting, staffing, and people development. The Business Product Director will NOT code, however, will lead the product development activities, leveraging User Centric Design principles. Will operate as a Business Owner, focused on setting objectives, establishing application design, prioritizing the development agenda, aligning the respective stakeholders, and managing the Product Lifecycle thru to change and deployment to our Frontline Sales employees.

    This role will be responsible for the following:

    • Lead Product Strategy, Vision and Continuous improvement for SalesPro+

    • Implementation, deployment and change for the 2k Frontline Sales leaders

    • Lead the program and budget to deliver enhanced SalesPro+ capabilities

    • Ensure integration of merchandizing excellence, guided selling, and AI/ML capabilities across the SalesPLUS suite of applications.

    • Planning, Governance, and Alignment with Sr. FLNA and IT Leadership

    • Ensure holistic, aligned coordination of all initiatives impacting value chain critical programs.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.

    • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business experience

    • 15+ years of experience with PepsiCo or other CPG organization with proven business and people results

    • Influential leader with ability to achieve results through collaboration, ability to gain alignment at all levels of the Organization

    • Project Management experience with emphasis on Sales and/or Business Process Projects and/or Consulting Experience

    • Experience with custom iOS development in agile methodologies

    • 5+ years of People Leadership experience

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Experience managing multiple tasks, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating across multiple teams

    Preferred:

    • MBA

    • Lean Six Sigma certification

    • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)

    • Experience in Change Management methodologies/ PepsiCo Change Model

    • Leading SAFe Certification

    • Experience Design degree, certification or experience
