    We are looking for a PBNA Go-to-Market Capability Trainer supporting Ohio market. This role will be responsible for ensuring that national training initiatives and processes are implemented in the region they support and nationally when applicable. Specifically, the Capability Trainer will be responsible for onboarding Frontline Go-to-Market Leaders. The Capability Trainer will report to the Region's Capability Sr. Manager who leads delivery/execution of all training content and agenda for their geography.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and monitor national onboarding programs for Frontline Leaders and Associates

    • Lead facilitation for all virtual and in person program training offerings within scope

    • Execute capability training within prescribed geography

    • Implement training programs to drive key strategic business initiatives, including employee engagement, leadership development, and career frameworks

    • Assist in implementing local people/organizational capability initiatives

    • Manage project plans, communication, and sustainability processes to support learning initiatives

    • Demonstrate leadership and influence skills in driving alignment and prioritization of capability programs and initiatives across the geography; provides insights/guidance to Sr. Manager on best approaches to enable field teams

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related

    • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales/Delivery/Merchandising or a related field within CPG.

    • Geographically living inside of the Market(s) that the role

    • Travel 20-30% of the time

    • Prioritization, process improvement, and leading teams experience is

    • Proficient in virtual and in person

    • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet

    • Ability to think broadly and translate concepts into actionable

    • Must demonstrate ability to lead and influence individuals and

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    • Understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies, with a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.

    • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
