    North American Insights Intelligence is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The NAII will help PepsiCo provide our customers cutting edge data and insights, as well as personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.

    This role is on the best-in-class PepsiCo Advisor Team, supporting our merchant partners at Walmart.

    The Senior Analyst role is an essential position on the best-in-class PepsiCo Advisor Team, supporting our merchant partners at Walmart.

    Responsibilities

    • Support an $8 Billion PepsiCo Walmart Beverage Category Advisor team.

    • Collaborate with Senior Advisor to manage project requests, assignments and deliverables.

    • Run and analyze Weekly Category Reporting which is sent to multiple customer constituents.

    • Own and manage item attribution and on-going maintenance.

    • Collaborate with Senior Advisor on management of customer modular/planogram requirements, category updates, timelines, and implementations.

    • Collaborate with the customer in conjunction with advisor team regarding all aspects of category strategy development, implementation, advanced software utilization & tracking.

    • Partner with Senior Advisor on new hire on-boarding & training processes.

    • Manage all data inputs/outputs for distribution to category teams' reporting tools.

    • Conduct detailed category decompositions and reporting leveraging appropriate information resources to include: Scintilla, Retail Link/RSI, IRI POS, IRI Panel, and Custom Shopper Research to drive Insights to Action.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Walmart Merchants through objective detailed analysis, insights development and presentation.

    • Ensure continual training and development to enhance business knowledge and analytical skills.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • 3 to 5 years experience in Data Analytics.

    • 2 or 3 years experience with Space Management software implementation (JDA Category Management suite) and understanding of merchandising principles is preferred but not required.

    • The technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner.

    • Experience in building and editing PowerBI and/or Tableau tools and interfaces.

    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into analytical findings into actionable insights, solutions, and/or processes.

    • Capability to serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insight.

    • Ability to understand and utilize category data in conjunction with Space Management software (JDA, Shelf IQ, custom automation) and reporting software as required by PepsiCo Advisory teams.

    • Ability to work in a team environment.

    • Strong communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.

    • Good planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously.
