    Position summary

    ontline hires annually. The Frontline Staffing Optimization (FSO) initiative will introduce change to better leverage scale, drive efficiency, and meet the frontline hiring needs faster, better, and stronger than ever before.

    The change leader will partner with the FSO core team, SMEs, and other stakeholders to design the change strategies and tactics to enable successful design and deployment to over 1500 end users across the US. The role holder should bring expertise and proven experience supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the project.

    Responsibilities

    • Initially, lead, articulate and develop holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for US Frontline Staffing Optimization (FSO) initiatives in active partnership with program leadership and market teams.

    • Develop and execute detailed change management plan for the program - to include plan, activate and sustain milestones. Assess complexity, readiness, change integration/ interdependency opportunities and risks.

    • Map leadership stakeholders to steer program-level engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks. Collaborate with project teams, Steering Committee, and SMEs to ensure successful transformation.

    • Assess impact and identify potential risks. Develop and implement a change plans to address anticipated resistance as well as capability for impacted groups, using structured CM approaches and standards.

    • Shape assets/ deliverable such as "Case For Change", "What Is In It For Me", narratives and success stories to inspire lasting change. Socializing in varied and impactful channels.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive capability strategies according to program and market needs.

    • Steer program-level engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks. Build, lead and/or maintain an engaged network of HRBPs, Change Management experts, Functional leaders and other project leaders.

    • Establish and implement holistic measurement approaches for readiness, adoption, and effectiveness of change planning.

    • Coach stakeholders on their role in change, facilitating informative sessions (at various levels) to educate on change fundamentals, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field required; Master's Degree preferred

    • 7 or more years of experience in Change Management, Large-scale global Transformations, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Agile System Implementation, or Consulting experience

    • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

    • Ability to work across functions, levels and geographies (time zones)

    • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

    • Ability to take ownership and independently drive progress

    • Demonstrated communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification

    • Track record of successfully embedding change for large, strategic, global, complex initiatives enabled by new capabilities across the organization, with similar complexity as PepsiCo

    • Experience applying change tools and methods to assess, diagnose, design, support and deliver custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the program

    • Strong executive presence with ability to develop and deliver clear, concise and compelling verbal & written communication

    • Confronts and works through tough issues, taking ownership and accountability for resolution

    • Able to work within ambiguous, fluid cross-functional environment managing various amounts of change

    • Sees the bigger picture, able to look ahead to anticipate and address issues

    • Strong problem solving, facilitation and decision-making skills

    • Ability to be flexible and eagerness to learn, build relationships and demonstrate resilience

    • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders

    • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
