    Position summary

    As DTC Analyst, you will lead the strategy and execution of our email/CRM and SMS plans across Gatorade and other core brands.
    If you are a creative thinker that is data-driven and passionate about sports and nutrition, this role is for you! This role is for someone that loves new technology and staying ahead of the competition, sharing learnings with the broader cross-functional team.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop, execute, measure, and optimize CRM strategy for Gatorade and core brands in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Strategy and full cross-functional team.

    • Manage planning calendar and cadence across brand tentpole and core moments, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to make key decisions rooted in business objectives.

    • Execute all campaign journey planning and sends within Salesforce platform. Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is a plus.

    • Build strong partnership with cross-functional team and agency partners, while being a subject matter expert.

    • Analyze performance data to deliver clear, thoughtful recommendations for future campaign optimizations.

    • Candidate should have hands on experience working inside a CRM platform and have experience driving improvements, efficiencies around content management systems and workflows.

    • Elevate omni-channel collaboration between key stakeholders, working effectively within a matrixed team to deliver a synthesized holistic approach to our DTC plans.

    • Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring the latest industry thinking, competitive insights and innovation to inform direction for future strategies/plans.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    • Preferred 3-5 years of media or marketing experience, ideally with hands on keys/in platform.

    • Proactive problem solver who can define, assess, and solve, and communicate in a clear and concise fashion.

    • Must have strong project management acumen and managing complex workflows, content/publishing, and approval deadlines.

    • Comfortable with ambiguity.

    • Quick learner.

    • Self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders on projects.

    • Excellent collaborator.

    • Proactive in terms of ideas, problem solving, and building connections.

    • Creative thinker who can bring innovation to projects and processes.

    • Must be able to communicate in fluent English, including excellent written and presentation skills.
