    Position summary

    • Manage day-to-day updates to site content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand, legal, and accessibility standards.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to maintain a unified, best-in-class web experience.

    CMS Management & Digital Publishing:

    • Serve as a hands-on expert in PepsiCo's CMS (Sitecore), executing updates, supporting content workflows, and helping train business users when needed.

    • Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to develop, optimize, and publish high-impact content for campaigns, initiatives, and priority topics.

    • Support the creation of structured templates and page layouts that align with design system standards.

    UX, Design, and Technical Collaboration:

    • Work with agency partners and developers to support enhancements and troubleshoot issues affecting web usability, accessibility, or performance.

    • Review and QA new components and page designs, providing feedback and coordinating revisions.

    • Stay current on digital trends and web innovations to help inform future enhancements.

    Analytics & Performance Monitoring:

    • Use Google Analytics and other tools to track engagement and site performance metrics.

    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support ongoing optimization.

    • Support implementation of SEO, tagging, and measurement strategies in coordination with agency and platform partners.

    Governance & Project Support:

    • Help manage web governance and content workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and editorial standards across PepsiCo.com and affiliated sites.

    • Support select cross-functional web initiatives, including site refreshes, migrations, or campaign landing pages.

    • Assist in preparing briefs, presentations, or reports for internal leadership and external partners.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.

    • 5-7 years of experience managing digital content, websites, or web projects in a corporate or agency environment.

    • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.

    • Familiarity with SEO, web accessibility (ADA & WCAG), responsive design, and digital content best practices.

    • Experience using Google Analytics, tag managers, or similar tools.

    • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

    • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
