kitchen procedures, operational protocols, and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with culinary and cross-functional teams to support sampling sessions, demos, and innovation showcases
Organize and maintain kitchen workspaces, equipment, and ingredient storage in an orderly and efficient manner
Monitor and restock supplies as needed, communicating any shortages or issues to the appropriate team members
Participate in occasional offsite culinary activations, as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $65,300 - $101,850

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution preferred
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in a professional kitchen or foodservice environment
Experience working with standardized recipes and high-volume preparation
Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen best practices
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow precise culinary and mixology instructions
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, storage practices, and ingredient handling
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to support occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend events
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
