    Position summary

    kitchen procedures, operational protocols, and regulatory guidelines

    • Collaborate with culinary and cross-functional teams to support sampling sessions, demos, and innovation showcases

    • Organize and maintain kitchen workspaces, equipment, and ingredient storage in an orderly and efficient manner

    • Monitor and restock supplies as needed, communicating any shortages or issues to the appropriate team members

    • Participate in occasional offsite culinary activations, as needed

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $65,300 - $101,850

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution preferred

    Experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience in a professional kitchen or foodservice environment

    • Experience working with standardized recipes and high-volume preparation

    • Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen best practices

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to follow precise culinary and mixology instructions

    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency

    • Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities

    • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, storage practices, and ingredient handling

    Additional Requirements:

    • Flexibility to support occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend events

    • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
