Responsibilities
Reporting to the Delivery Sr. Director, this role will lead the execution of the Delivery operations to become Faster, Stronger and Better. As a Delivery Director you will drive activities to achieve cost targets and improve performance in the areas of service, efficiency, safety and capability. You will maintain positive employee relations while driving significant change. The Delivery Director will oversee delivery in multiple sales/Go-To-Market (GTM) locations within an assigned geography and will manage between 2-5 Delivery Managers and Associate Managers. You will partner with key stakeholders in various functions such as GTM, Sales and Warehouse to ensure local sites execute against delivery performance indicators such as, As Delivered as Scheduled (ADAS), Haul backs, Two-For-One, total OT hours, direct labor cost per case, and DOT Compliance.
Responsibilities include:
Direct and support all delivery activities within a specific geographic area of the division to deliver against operating and AOP commitments to the company.
Support development of delivery portion of the Division strategic vision for Annual AOP including delivery of continuous year on year improvement across critical business metrics
Identify and coordinate improvements in delivery operations within specific geographic area of division to meet cost objectives and performance standards.
Accountable for productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, motivation & other key performance metrics.
Evaluate area locations personnel capabilities, skills, and resource alignment to ensure performance against objectives.
Identify day-to-day operational issues and develop strategic solutions to drive towards short- and long-term performance goals.
Establish clear performance and behavioral expectations for all employees, builds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training and communication for front-line hourly and salaried personnel.
Deliver effective change leadership, driving business changes while minimizing people impact, ensuring excellent change management, results delivery, and people support through all transformations.
Support GTM escalations to resolve service issues.
Provide input into customer service, ensures locations meet expectations.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or similar field) or equivalent experience required
8+ years of progressive leadership required
Ability to manage multiple locations with varying priorities simultaneously
Highly effective working in a complex environment and drives effective results
Strong influence management and communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to gain organizational buy-inat all levels of an organization
High levels of analytical and financial skills; ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
Demonstrated effective leadership, coaching, presentation, and team building skills
Proven track record as an "agent of change", with the ability to move quickly and bring a sense of urgency to the business
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
Demonstrated leadership in safety & DOT compliance
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Travel:
Travel will be required for this role, approximately 35-50% of the time.
