Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,500 - $92,600.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings (4am-6am start), evenings and/or weekends. Work week will be Tuesday-Saturday
Class A, CDL certified not mandatory but strongly recommended
Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver's license
Safe driving record strongly preferred
