    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Digital Account Representative to join our Foodservice Restaurant team in South Division. In this new role you will partner with customers to complement the Pepsi relationship with restaurant owners and workplace partners

    Typical responsibilities include directly partnering with customers:

    • Develop market in the following geographies: **LA/**AR/DELTA/GA/WV/TN/KY

    • Deliver yearly target of Menu Optimizations/month/year

    • Prospect & pitch PepsiCo Digital capabilities to customers engaging with customers face to face & virtually via phone, and email.

    • Builds and owns day to day maintenance of trusted advisor relationship status with small, midscale & large customers across South Division

    • Identify portfolio needs with customers to ensure PepsiCo remains relevant for the shopper securing PepsiCo has a greater share of the consumers orders

    • Pivot with Sales teams (Channel Managers, FSR, Directors) supply & operational alignment.

    • Ensure digital beverage activation is executed within the first 45 days after proposal.

    • As an online beverage expert to support troubleshooting of issues on common platforms

    • Share Pepsi's digital tools and resources with customers & Internal teams.

    • Teach customers how to self-manage their e Commerce platforms for the long term to support on-going beverage sales growth.

    • Ensure customers are satisfied with online beverage activation and see the value/business benefit to featuring Pepsi beverages.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or similar

    • Consumer packaged goods experience preferred Selling experience, customer call ownership. Restaurant industry

    • Must have delivery platforms experience (Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Olo,Toast, etc)

    • Must have 1-3 years Digital/e Commerce Marketing and digital product integration experience

    • Highly proficient in website design, online ordering platforms, digital media & loyalty.

    • Leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi-level teams

    • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

    • Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast paced organization Business & financial acumen

    • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

    • Expectation of travel/ on trade visits is 70% of the time.
